Ingredients

  • 1 (12 -ounce) package organic silken tofu
  • 2 Tbsp raw cashews
  • ¼ cup plant-based milk
  • 8 Medjool dates, pitted
  • Juice from 1 ½ lemons
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp cardamom
  • ¼ tsp allspice

Instructions

  • 1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • 2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.

Cooking Tips

  • 1. Use to glaze over waffles, carrot cake, energy balls, or to dip strawberries.
