Oh, the smell of goodies baking in the kitchen! There are few things that sum up happiness in a smell for me – but fresh baked goods are certainly one of them. Growing up, I always loved baking and cherish my memories huddled around the kitchen counter cutting out sugar cookies and gingerbread men during the holidays! Nowadays, my holiday baking looks much different, but it is still one of my favorite holiday activities and still just as delicious.

Baking can be intimidating for anyone, let alone if you’re new to a WFPB lifestyle. But don’t worry. You can still modify and enjoy your favorite treats.
